For e-commerce, the mailer box is your storefront. We print corrugated two ways: offset-laminated for photographic full-color branding, or high-speed flexo for cost-efficient one and two-color volume.
Flute choice is engineering, not guesswork. E-flute gives a thin, premium wall for subscription and retail-plus-shipping boxes; B-flute balances cushioning and print surface; C-flute maximizes stacking strength for heavier goods.
Add custom inserts to turn any mailer into a complete fulfillment kit — product cradles, thank-you card slots, sample compartments and tissue-paper fold guides, all produced in the same factory.

Common questions
Offset-laminated or flexo — which should I choose?
Offset-laminated reproduces photography and fine gradients — best for brand-forward mailers under about 20,000 pcs. Flexo is faster and cheaper for bold logo work at high volume. We quote both so you can compare.
Will printed corrugated look "cheap" next to rigid boxes?
Not with offset-laminated E-flute: the litho label gives photographic quality on a sturdy wall. It is the standard for premium subscription and electronics mailers.
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ for this line is 1,000 pcs per design per design. Smaller trial runs are possible — ask us and we will suggest the most cost-effective process for your quantity.
