Rigid boxes are the packaging your customer keeps. Built on 1200–2000 gsm greyboard and wrapped in printed or specialty paper, they arrive pre-formed, feel substantial in the hand, and protect high-value products from shelf to doorstep.
We produce every classic rigid construction in-house — lid-and-base (telescope) boxes, hinged book-style boxes with magnetic closures, drawer boxes, and fully custom shaped boxes. Thousands of structural styles are in our die library, and our engineers modify any of them to your product dimensions for free.
Interior presentation is part of the unboxing. Choose EVA foam, molded pulp, corrugated, silk, or vacuum-formed inserts, cut precisely to hold your product, cards and accessories in place.

Common questions
How thick should my rigid box be?
Most gift boxes use 1.5–2 mm board. Boxes above 2 kg or above 30 cm on any side benefit from 2.5–3 mm. We recommend thickness based on your product weight during dieline design.
Can you match a competitor box I already have?
Yes — courier us the physical sample and we reverse-engineer the structure, board grade and finishes, then quote an improvement at factory-direct pricing.
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ for this line is 500 pcs per design per design. Smaller trial runs are possible — ask us and we will suggest the most cost-effective process for your quantity.
